In 1988, George Favazza began working for various pizza chains. In 2010, he began the process of hand crafting the dough you have today. After much time in his kitchen, the recipe was perfected and he began making pizza in his home. He continued to work out the kinks in his recipes for sauce and began G.Faz pizza! As he continued to sell, the idea of a food truck was birthed. Today, you’ll catch George and his crew in the yellow G. Faz Pizza Truck, selling G.Faz pizza: The Best Pizza You’ve Had in a Long Time!
Not only do we serve hand crafted goodness, we strive to be as quick with orders as possible! Our crew is efficient and works to ensure that your pizza is made to perfection before it comes to your hands. All of our pizzas are made with G.Faz’s specially crafted dough, G.Faz Sweet Sauce, and 100% hand shredded cheese!
